Returns:​​

• Items purchased online can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

• To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and with tags attached.

Exchanges:

• Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us within 15 days to request an exchange, based on availability.

**Important Notes:

• Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our Painted Tree location or our Backyard Farm Shop location.

• For customers in Colorado Springs that purchased online (shipping/local delivery), we offer a “return to warehouse” option.  Please contact us at Lavenderhoneyapparel@gmail.com for warehouse return confirmation and instructions.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

• Email us at Lavenderhoneyapparel@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.

• Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if needed) and further instructions.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).

• We recommend a trackable shipping method. Lavender Honey is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued as store credit within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Store credit will be added to your account for future purchases.
