Returns:

• We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• "Preloved" items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Lavenderhoneyapparel@gmail.com

• Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange in your message.

• Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions on how to proceed.

 

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your return shipment. Lavender Honey is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card and emailed to you.
